The City Agriculturist’s Office in coordination with the Association of Davao Organic Advocates (ADOA) resumed the Organic Farmers’ Market at Rizal Park on April 1, 2022.

After two years of suspension of marketing activity, the Organic Farmers’ Market resumed at Rizal Park where people, especially the health conscious can buy organically-grown farm and processed products such as fresh fruits and vegetables, vegetable and ornamental seedlings, organic fertilizers and materials, and potting media. Processed food like fruit juices, jams, coffees, tablea and teas, black, brown and white rice are also available.

The City Government of Davao through the the City Agriculturist’s Office provides vehicle to transport ADOA’s agricultural products from their farm to the Organic Farmers’ Market, as well as the provision of 8-in-1 packs and other assorted vegetable seeds for continuous planting in their farm, thus maintain production and supply in the market for sale.

The Organic Farmers’ Market happens every Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
